近年來(lái)烘焙成為年輕一代消費(fèi)者崇尚的時(shí)尚潮流，以短中保烘焙食品代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)早餐的現(xiàn)象也日趨顯著，烘焙食品行業(yè)的滲透率在逐漸提升。數(shù)據(jù)顯示2019年中國(guó)烘焙食品行業(yè)零售額為2,312億元，較往年同比增長(zhǎng)7.4%，在2020年也始終保持穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。至2024年，該行業(yè)零售額預(yù)計(jì)有望突破3.800億元，并在未來(lái)數(shù)年內(nèi)將維持高速發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
