一、 展會(huì)概況：

2023第二十九屆廣州酒店用品展覽會(huì)是由廣東佛興英耀展覽服務(wù)有限公司主辦，調(diào)整于2023年12月16-18日在中國進(jìn)出口商品交易會(huì)琶洲展館（廣交會(huì)展館）舉行。本屆展覽會(huì)預(yù)計(jì)展覽面積30多萬平方米，參展企業(yè)4000多家，展品范圍包括陶瓷餐具、玻璃器皿、廚房設(shè)備、清潔設(shè)備、酒店家具、客房用品、食品飲料等酒店用品門類的上下游全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，本屆展覽會(huì)是國內(nèi)外酒店用品行業(yè)的一個(gè)盛會(huì)。

二、展會(huì)日程安排：

1、2023年12月13-15日廠商報(bào)到、布展（上午9時(shí)至下午5時(shí)）；

2、2023年12月16-18日客商洽談?dòng)嗀洠ㄉ衔?/span>9時(shí)至下午5時(shí)）；

3、2023年12月18日下午撤展。

四、展位收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

1、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位，每個(gè)9平方米，收人民幣8800元（角位加收20%）展位內(nèi)配一張臺、兩張凳、一支光管、一個(gè)電源插座，公司名稱楣板一條。

2、光地展位，每個(gè)9平方米，收人民幣8400元,須27平方米起租，不配任何設(shè)備。另向展館支付搭建管理費(fèi)每平方米30元，向展館支付電箱費(fèi)和電費(fèi)。

廣告形式：館內(nèi)指示牌3000元/單面/展期（1.5m寬* 2.5 m高，備注：1/3版面為展會(huì)指引，3/2版面為企業(yè)廣告），桁架歡迎牌28000元/單面/展期（6m長*3m高，備注：1/3版面為展會(huì)指引，3/2版面為企業(yè)廣告），手提袋單面廣告5000元/1千個(gè)，室外條幅5800元/幅/展期。

企業(yè)報(bào)名參展注意的事項(xiàng)：

1、參展企業(yè)展位確認(rèn)后，參展商在5天內(nèi)應(yīng)付展位費(fèi)的50%作為訂金，余款在展會(huì)開幕前兩個(gè)月付清。逾期不付，主辦單位不保障確認(rèn)之展位，展位變動(dòng)敬請?jiān)彙?/span>

2、參展企業(yè)支付展位費(fèi)時(shí)，請通過銀行匯款，用支票時(shí)，請?jiān)谥碧ь^填寫主辦 單位名稱，請勿付現(xiàn)金和無抬頭支票，否則由此造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，均由參展企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)。

4、由于人力不可抗拒原因，如瘟疫、地震或政府行為等原因，造成本會(huì)不能如期舉辦需要延期舉辦時(shí)，乙方所交展位費(fèi)不能退還，只能用作參加本會(huì)延期舉辦的費(fèi)用。

5、鑒于大會(huì)的整體需要或有特殊原因，雙方協(xié)商更改展臺位置，參展單位需配合執(zhí)行。

6、參展單位不得將其展位自行轉(zhuǎn)讓，不得攜帶易燃、易爆、有毒等物品及與申報(bào)參展產(chǎn)品不符的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)場，否則主辦方有權(quán)將其清出展館，參展費(fèi)用不予退還并保留追究參展單位責(zé)任的權(quán)力。

7、展會(huì)現(xiàn)場杜絕玩具、飛機(jī)、箱包、服飾、望遠(yuǎn)鏡、切割工具、榨汁機(jī)、珠寶、項(xiàng)鏈等酒店用品以外產(chǎn)品參展，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)主辦方有權(quán)將其清出展館，所付金額不予退還。

8、參展單位不得展出侵犯他人知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品，若有發(fā)現(xiàn)，主辦方有權(quán)封存侵權(quán)產(chǎn)品或?qū)⑵淝宄稣桂^，參展費(fèi)用不予退還。

2).  16-18 Dec 2023: doing business (9: 00am-5: 00pm)

 Exhibition Fees

1) 9 square meters standard booth: USD2200. include 1 name plate, 1 desk with 2 chairs, 2 fluorescent lamps, 1 wastepaper basket, 1 power socket (equal to or less than 500W)

2) Indoor bare floor space requirements must be greater than 27 m² for every single rent. Exhibitor should pay 30 RMB per square meter for preparing management charge.

l Recreation and Entertaining Facilities: aquatic sports, balls for sports, fitness equipment, sauna facilities, sunlight canopies, Karaoke management software, amusement devices and facilities, etc.

l Coffee and Tea Sets: coffee and tea, coffee and tea filters, coffee making and filtering machines, beverage machines, seasoning and syrups, ceramics, hotel food, healthy food and soups, etc.

Matters Needing Attention For Enterprises To Register For The Exhibition:

1. After the booth is confirmed, the exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth fee as deposit within 5 days, and the balance shall be paid two months before the opening of the exhibition. Overdue payment, the organizer will not guarantee the confirmed booth, booth change please forgive.

2. Exhibitors are required to pay the booth fee by bank remittance. When using the check, please make it payable to the organizer.

4. If the exhibition hall cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure, such as plague, earthquake or government action, and the exhibition hall needs to be postponed, the booth fee paid by party b shall not be refunded, and shall only be used as the fee for postponing the exhibition hall.

5. In view of the overall needs of the conference or for special reasons, both parties shall negotiate to change the booth location, and exhibitors shall cooperate in the implementation.

6. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booths by themselves, and they are not allowed to bring inflammable, explosive, toxic and other articles and products inconsistent with the declared products into the exhibition hall. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to clear them out of the exhibition hall.

7. No toys, airplanes, cases, bags, costumes, telescopes, cutting tools, juicers, jewelry, necklaces or other products other than hotel supplies are allowed to be exhibited on the exhibition site. Once the organizer is found to have the right to clear them out of the exhibition hall, the amount paid will not be returned.

8. Exhibitors are not allowed to display products that infringe intellectual property rights of others. If found, the organizer has the right to seal the infringing products or clear them from the exhibition hall, and the exhibition fee will not be returned.
